Less is more.
A small amount of Fittydent Adhesive Cream is sufficient to achieve reliable hold.
Using a minimal quantity ensures optimal stability. If you are unsure about the correct dosage, you may gently spread the cream in a thin, even layer with a slightly moistened finger when starting out.

Milky residues on the denture are usually a sign of excessive application or insufficient cleaning.
In this case, reduce the amount used and clean your denture thoroughly and regularly for hygienic reasons.

Do not use in case of intolerance or hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients.
Do not use on diseased or injured oral mucosa.
Accidental swallowing of the adhesive cream is harmless.

In the unlikely event that a serious issue occurs after use, please consult a physician. Any serious incidents related to the product must be reported to the manufacturer and the competent authority.

The duration of adhesion may vary depending on individual factors.

A drier oral mucosa can enhance adhesive performance and may result in longer holding time.
Excessive saliva flow, on the other hand, may reduce adhesive performance and shorten the duration of hold.

In cases of a very flat or narrow lower jaw, we recommend using Fittydent Adhesive Pads.
They provide a targeted alternative when adhesive cream alone is not sufficient.

The adhesive strength decreases over the course of the day, allowing the denture to be removed easily in the evening.

If early removal is necessary, release the denture with a gentle, controlled movement:

Upper denture: tilt slightly downward at the back and carefully remove.
Lower denture: tilt slightly upward at the back and carefully remove.

If the adhesive hold is still very strong and tilting is not immediately possible, rinse your mouth with warm water or gargle gently. The warmth helps the adhesive release more quickly.

This also applies if the adhesive strength has not decreased by the end of the day and you wish to remove the denture before going to sleep. For the next application, use a smaller amount of adhesive cream.

To remove possible residues of the water-insoluble Fittydent Adhesive Cream, we recommend using Fittydent Cleaning Tablets together with a soft denture or toothbrush.

Milky deposits on the denture may indicate that a slightly larger amount of adhesive was used or that cleaning residues remain. If necessary, reduce the amount applied and clean your denture regularly and thoroughly for hygienic reasons.

Minimal residues on the denture, jaw or palate can also be gently removed with a small amount of cooking oil and a soft cotton cloth.

Do not use Fittydent Adhesive Cream in combination with other adhesive products. Not suitable for soft-lined dentures. Have the fit of your denture checked regularly by a dental professional. Keep out of reach of children. The tube opening is technically designed. Dispose of the outer packaging, product packaging and leaflet in accordance with local regulations and the recycling symbols.

Store dry at room temperature!

Apply the adhesive cream in thin strips (see illustration) to the clean and dry contact surfaces of the denture.

Less is more.
A small amount is sufficient to achieve reliable adhesive strength. If you are unsure about the correct dosage, you may spread the cream in a very thin layer with a slightly moistened finger when starting out. Applying the cream to a completely dry denture makes handling easier.

Insert the denture onto the jaw and/or palate, press firmly into place and bite down briefly and firmly.
Avoid eating or drinking for approximately 15 minutes.

Close the tube carefully after use.

In rare cases – particularly with sensitive gums – a brief, mild burning sensation may occur. In this case, we recommend waiting approximately 30 seconds after application before inserting the denture. This allows the formulation to settle briefly and the alcohol content to evaporate.

Polyvinylacetate, Sodium Carboxymethylcellulose, Alcohol, Triacetin, Paraffinum Liquidum, Silica
